Refund Policy

Online purchases are refundable within 15 days of purchase, provided the product/services have not been used. A product is considered “used” once it has been downloaded.  A service is considered “used” once you have acknowledged acceptance of the service via email, and had at least one meeting with Kim Scaravelli related to the purchased service.

Refund requests must be received by email at kim@kimscaravelli.com. Our products and services, and delivery methods (e.g. Zoom) have been tested on all types of systems, browsers, and devices. We can assist you to get started with an element of technology, if you are having any trouble.

Multiple payments for the same purchase: If you’ve made an extra payment (e.g., mistakenly completed a purchase for a service more than once), a refund will be issued upon request. If you have any questions, please contact us before making a purchase.
